nEW CHARITY PARTNER

We're excited to be supporting FareShare as our Charity Partner until June 2026.

FareShare is the UK's biggest charity fighting hunger and food waste. They take good-to-eat surplus food from across the food industry, sort it in regional warehouses across the UK and pass it onto a network of nearly 8,500 charities and community groups. Every week they provide enough food to create almost a million meals, which supports community centres, older people’s lunch clubs, school clubs and hospices to name just a few.

With food poverty being a terrifying reality for 14 million people, their work is invaluable. But FareShare goes far beyond just feeding people. It also acts as a gateway to essential services that support people to have better access to food, form stronger connections and reduce isolation to improve mental health.

With our help they’ll go even further than this.

We're aiming to raise £1million to fund the Building Skills for the Future programme

According to the Office for National Statistics one in four people of working age are currently out of work, with many facing barriers to gaining or sustaining employment. Through our partnership, we'll fund the Building Skills for the Future programme, which will maximise the social value of food, and support, equip and prepare over 2,500 people to enter employment.

How can I get involved?

There are plenty of ways to support the cause, from volunteering at one of FareShare's centres (or even just a foodbank local to you), to completing a challenge event, holding a bake sale or selling raffle tickets to raise money. See the fundraising guide for more inspiration!
