## How to get your personalised adverts/leaflets

## Ordering a poster

- The poster code is YBM10646 and can be ordered through the [Paragon PEP ordering system](https://www.paragon-ebiz.com/index.jsp?ContractId=1044).
- Click on *'Catalogue'* on the top menu bar.
- Click on the *'Marketing'* category on the left hand menu bar.
- You will see this poster in the different sizes i.e. A, B, C and D. Choose the correct size for your agency and place your order.

## Top Tips

- Plan your timings. Ensure you have enough time to meet all the deadlines and support your activity dates. Give yourself minimum of 8 working days for print and delivery of leaflets/door drops by our printer Paragon.
- Book the media space for Adverts. Contact your local publication and understand audience size and area reach. Negotiate your price and book space for you advert or door drop insertion.
- Think about size. The advert/door drop size is A5 landscape – can the publication use this size?
- Measurement. Think about how you will measure the results of the activity. Gather feedback from customers e.g. did they see the advert, door drop.
